When will BSNL launch new broadband plans?

Today all of a sudden i am getting above 1 mbps speed when i am supposed to get 512 kbps . I have passed my fup on 3rd or 4th of this month itself.
Is this hapening with anyone else ?

Same here. Getting 2Mbps speed. BB Combo 800.
