BSNL Bharat Fiber new broadband plans (30mbps/100mbps/200mbps/300mbps) [September 2020]

BSNL is launching 4 new plans as follows 30Mbps@449, 100Mbps@799, 200Mbps@999, 300Mbps@1499. I don't know anything about FUP at the moment.

@vivekd005 Use the special link for Superstar-1 in my earlier post. Self care doesn't show plans priced lower than your existing plan anymore.

@vivekd005 Downgrades have been disabled on self-care. You need to call them, DM them on Twitter, or visit a CSC

What kind of ridiculous tactics are these by BSNL? Let the customers choose which plan they want by displaying what you have to offer. Continuation of services through clients is important to ensure steady income and consumer satisfaction.
By hiding those plans less that what a customer has subscribed for, Doesn't this amount to cheating?

@Tejas01 True, it's a shame that they use such unnecessary and shady tactics. Who would like to go to their CSC and submit Application Forms just to change their broadband plans in 2021?? They knowingly removed the downgrade option as upgrade option is still available which confirms they're not playing fair.

In self-care portal you can only upgrade, you need to visit BSNL office for any downgrade request(at least in my city).

Right, but did the special link not work for you @armaan_99? ie this link which takes the request for Superstar-1 directly -- BSNL CUSTOMER CARE

I had disconnected it, had to give the request for reactivation, hence had to visit the BSNL office.

@armaan_99 Do I need to physically go to their office or do they make changes on call as well? Not possible to go to the office because of Lockdown.
