@shashankb Did you visit the BSNL office to submit the written letter? I just called BSNL CSC of my area and they are working today and asked me to submit a written letter.

I just submitted my written request today at BSNL CSC center... They said it wil take 2 days to change plan...

I had submitted for change on 30th night , still not done.
But yesterday night applied for change of broadband plan in ADSL and it was processed within few minutes.

Tried calling CSC but no response.

Same I'm facing the same problem, unable to cancel nor reapply. Reached them on twitter & phone, no use.

Good news mu plan got changed... eariler i was on 499 plan... I just opted for 30Mbps 449 plan.. Gave requesting letter today at around 11.30 in the morning to CSC and a called for enquiry at 4pm he said it will change on monday.. but i insisted him to do it today itself...

At around 7pm my net got disconnected for few minutes and then i can feel the difference in speed... even 4k videos on youtube doesnt buffer now..

Today I went to nearby CSC office and they had no idea about the new plans so later went to exchange and submitted plan change request.

Yeah, so did I. Although plans are available for the last 5 days on their website & selfcare portal still they are not aware of anything.

@AshikAliLive Did you try asking them to see if they can just process the plan change request pending in self care portal? Surely they must know how to approve or process those requests.
