MTNL TriB 749NU flaw!

just like mtnl call center ppl dont know that some plan is introduced, sameway they dont know that some plan is discontinued.NU is most demanded plan hence they came to know abt the change in plan from 590nu to 849nu. but pay-as-u-use DSL MTNL was not much in demand so they dont even know its closed.

There is no backroom now.................After migration, the backroom was removed, i guess...................

backrooms were not removed. but prathap i think did something with the permissions. looks like they did not work. regular members should have access to the backrooms.

BTW, just called CC to try my luck for 590NU, initially she did not say anything..........she searched for the plan 590NU, but then she said "590 Night unlimited toh list mein nahin hai, shayad plan change ho gaya hai, she said list mein night unlimited ka khali 849NU hai, aapko woh chahiye kya"?

I said no and changed my plan to 399 with 700 Mb, damn this is bad from unlimited to 700 Mb...........

Still searching for another flaw, hope there exists atleast 1 more.........

u r lucky. otherwise she might have moved u to 849NU thinking that u mean that plan. i think that happened to some person.

Ya maybe lucky or maybe unlucky, if they had left 590NU in the list, she would have blindly given it to me..... Moving to 849, no i would have asked her more details anyways like monthly rental kitna and download limit etc to make sure what she was changing to.........Anyways, it didnt work........
