Ocassional lengthy downtime? How long are we talking about? And have you been with them since Nov 2013? That's not a very long time.On the other hand, I admit that you can't beat ACT's price for the speed+data that they provide. Really. :clap: :Boy Thumbs Up:
 
Hello. I applied for a connection last week, got it connected yesterday evening... Due to some technical reason my user name and password did not get generated, but the technician who came to connect the fiber to device (MR Shiva Kumar ) helped escalate internally and ensured that i got the login credentials, and finally got it yesterday at 10:30 PM
I would also like to thank MR balaji (sales rep) for following up and ensuring that i got connection as per his commitment (within 7 days)
There where few minor false commitments given by electrician and the line man (who said the network eng. would visit in next few hours on sat, but he showed up on Monday/similar with the line man)
 
was wondering... what speeds and ping do you get after crossing the FUP?.. would it be as horrible as airtel 4G or... a decent speed to browse?
Does act have some thing similar to smart bytes like in Airtel?
