The packages are crap

I cant fin a package which offers all channels
I think Venus+ is TOP
So u need to sunscribe to venus+ and other regional package+sports channel of zee sports

It is a bit confusing
But My calculation was venus+ kannada package+tamil+telugu+sports=236+75 basic package
so the total u need pay is 311

And after 1 year if u need kannda+telugu+malayalam addons then it would cross 450


That is what i said in the beginning of my first post about this. They look not that good, WE expected a lot but still cant decide which package is good.

Yes JJVJYou are right and also SPOT ONI said the same thing in other threadEven If they have the package at the costlier rateThey should have given the channels in a different way or in a better wayThe First Look IS very confusingNext Before settinng these rates they should have Launched OPEN TV software for Interactive servicesLucky for us All SUN CHANNELS are free for one yearElse Extra 100 ruppees should be paid to view ALL SUN CHANNELSSo until then i guess everyone needs to pay around 300 to view their favourite channelsWhen they launch ESPN STAR i guess they will keep a package at 40 rupeesThey are learning all the Good Things from Tata Sky i guess

The only DTH now looks good is Dishtv which is silent without adding any channels and giving free stb offers and also the new tieup with espn to give 500rs credit.

Dish Tv IS looking solid at the moment!!

They are going to add new channels soon as they are going to launch a new satellite which will also enable them to Give internet to their customers

And they are having their own cricket league,OWN channels+Free STB offer

THEY are the STRONG DTH company at the moment


It is Okay that SUN DTH want to recover from their losses by giving free STB and 1 Year free plan

But not in this way by keeping STUPID RATES for their packages
They need to stop the freedom plan and Try and keep the package rates Around 250-300 maximum

i hope they do not implement those Packages

sun really cheated us......................for taking connection wht all did they say???...they told that 15 channels are available for only @ Rs 25.........and nw the plate has changed...........its really sad...to hear this.........:madness::madness::madness:

My thinking is that, they do not want to make people satisfied with a single package, because if people are satisfied then they cannot earn more.But this package seems to be very confusing as most of us declared. Lets wait for some more days so that more channels will be added and later they may shuffle the channels within the package to attract more EXISTING customers.
