Switching to Excitel Fiber after using Airtel Xstream Fiber for 9 months

Opted for 6 months plan, was costing the same for 3 months one (including installation charges).
They will install it tomorrow around 12-1 pm.
Hope for the best.

If you have your own router get it bridged, that'll be better.

I'll have to check, I asked if there's an option to enable bridge mode. They denied.
They'll be installing some PPC brand router.

They lied. I've never heard of a single ONU which can't bridge be bridged. Maybe they don't users to use third party devices so as to manage things from backend and not have to visit sites.

I suggested that because usually they get cheap OEM routers which aren't capable of great routing or Wifi range is bad.

You can buy any third party ONU like TP-Link XZ000-G3 V1 and clone GPON SN and use your own powerful router.

They rejected my connection xD.
They said fiber won't reach to my place.
Ig I'll have to use airtel only for now. There is BSNL fiber in my area tho but expensive af, not worth paying more than airtel for the same thing
